We are very excited to announce a new vendor who will be joining us from January 6th – January 31st. Nomadic Food Trailer, The Salt Project, will be offering an exciting menu focusing on plant based & locally sourced food.
The Salt Project, of which the food trailer is the first element to launch, is something that owner Caomhán De Bri, has devoted endless hours to in recent years in order to turn his vision into reality. Keen to perfect his craft and ensure that his offering is the best that it possibly could be, Caomhán spent a number of months last year working alongside TV Chef kwanghi Chan, helping him launch and operate his popular Asian street food truck, Bites By Kwanghi.

This food truck will be nothing short of high quality locally source Irish food with Gubbeen Chorizo from Cork, Beautiful Oyster Mushrooms from Colm in Limerick, Burren Gold Cheese from Ailwee here in Clare & Fresh fish off the boats in Galway and amazing seaweed and shellfish. This is only naming a few of the high quality Irish suppliers that owner Caomhán de Bri has hand picked.
