The Eatyard team have invited some of the best names in Irish food to cook a dinner of their own design, working closely with local Clare food producers and farms to source their ingredients, with the main part of the dinner being cooked in a pot…it is Pot Duggans after all. Past chefs include the likes of Jess Murphy, Ross Lewis, Niamh Fox, Eric Matthews, Sham Hanifa & Keith Coleman.
Sunday Sessions are designed to be a convivial dining experience and tickets are sold in groups of two to six at €55pp, so get your friends and family together for a great night. Please note that you may be sitting at tables with other groups.
This time we are very pleased to be hosting Brazilian duo Pedro Ferraz & Lucas Sakamoto. They will be joined by Hopfully Brewing to put together a unique tasting menu with accompanied beer pairings from the Hopfully production line

Pedro discovered his love for cooking while living in Italy, where he studied gastronomy and worked in a 3 Michelin star restaurant called Enoteca Pinchiorri. With more than 10 years living in Ireland, he brings together the flavours and aromas of the Brazilian, Italian and Irish cultures. Pedro is the head of Bodytonic Operations and is leading the four-course menu for this Brewcook event.
With deep roots in Japanese cuisine through his family history, Sakamoto has been around the pots and pans professionally for more than 12 years. Energetic and creative, he brings a lot of his family background into his cooking style. Lucas will bring elements of the Japanese cusine to his edition of Brewcook.
Hopfully Brewing is a socially and culturally conscious brewery based in Co. Waterford, Ireland. Established in 2017 with the sole aim of selling high-quality craft beer combined with outstanding visual identity.
The company produces a series of annual beer projects including core and limited edition beers, with seasonal returns and special editions. The brewery specializes in modern, soft, and blended beers, changing the perception of beer with the usage of fresh fruits, or inspired by smoothies, desserts or cocktail recipes.
