This Summer Ash will be bringing Middle Eastern vibes to Pot Duggans. As a Ballymaloe Alumni, Ash immersed herself in London’s infamous Ottolenghi kitchens where she learnt a deep love and understanding of Middle Eastern food. After working as head chef at Ottolenghi Islington, Ash made the bold move to leave city life behind and move to the west coast of Ireland. You may recognise her from behind the stove in Little Fox Ennistymon or most recently covered in flour, lashing out the sourdough loaves at Hugo’s in Lahinch.
Expect big, bold, fresh flavours using the best Irish ingredients.

Gluten Free: Hummus, Tahini, Potatoes and all desserts. We can also make the following dishes be gluten free: Lamb Dish & Chicken Shawarma – we will serve no flatbread and will add extra bits. All sourdough bread is low gluten too, and we’re currently sourcing a new gluten free flatbread. Please let our servers know if you have any allergies.
